One of the reasons HOAs exist is to prevent trailers and old cars from being parked on property. If one exists anywhere in the US it would have to be a rare exception. Frankly I'm glad I live in a community where parking trailers and open burning are still allowed.

HOA's are somewhat rare in Sussex County. You shouldn't have a problem unless you are over by the beach.
They don't call it lower slower DE for no reason. Taxes are great too, or rather the low rate of them.

I'm just curious. Why not just avoid any community with a HOA?
