Baking Soda paste mix. Take power baking soda, add a little water to make a paste. Scrub it with that. FYI, this works extremely well in ice chests and coolers too. Been doing it this way for the last 30 years on all refrigerators I've had. It's safe, and cleans very well.
Tried this out a few years ago and darned if it didn't work well. I even used the same paste as an oven cleaner. I kept the paste wet and in a week, everything was shiny!
