We can solve our energy problems with a twofold approach:
1-continue to use Other Peoples Oil (cut back oil lease sales in the USA) whiical use like military and airplanes,
2-shift our government subsidy programs from sunset industries like oil and coal to new tech such as PV, wind, etc. If we moved the $4billion "clean coal" subsidy to PV it would really take off.
