In the current financial climate it has become a balancing act to keep the retirement "nest egg" principal intact. We cut back on our trips this past summer as the gasoline hovered around $3.90 a gallon. I'm really bummed as the price of gasoline has dropped during the non-camping season. We could "do" trips with gasoline closer to $3.00 than $4.00. Motor home will slumber until May 1st 2012 in it's garage.
Sure glad we didn't upgrade to a diesel a few years ago. Love the ride but not the price of diesel.
