Yes, this oil IS headed out of the continent - to China and India.

For one thing, frack oil costs about $40-50 MORE per barrel to get to market, so the most willing customers are in China and India (yes, the average Chinese and the average Indian is poor, but there is a HUGE upperclass in each country that is flush with cash from all the business that the US has exported to them. You know, all those good jobs that used to be in the USA. And they are willing to pay any price to power their Mercedes and Buicks and those of their wives and children.

The crude will be piped to Gulfport to be refined just before it is shipped OUT of the continent.

Dakota will soon be a colony of China, with imported chinese workers making a nickel an hour operating Made In China equipment.

Dakotans will be getting table scraps for jobs.
