Aside from the fact that there ARE laws from state to state regarding transportation of plants. Florida being a big one regarding protecting their precious citrus industry.
Been there done that.
It's a matter of WHERE you put them when traveling. I started acquiring quit a few and put them in the shower when traveling........the end result of that was a cracked pan from the weight of the pots and the bouncing. :(
The other big down side is the lizards, frogs, ants,(INCLUDING fire ants) and roaches that hitch a ride inside your RV coach on the plants and in the dirt. Don't ask me how I know.
NO plant is allowed inside my MH anymore.
Is THAT enough to deter your significant other from growing plants while RV'ing? :B
Although the Florida sun does do crazy things to growing veggies compared to up North.
Cayenne peppers grown up North get about 2 inches long.
In Florida, along side your RV? Mutant peppers 2 FOOT long!
