I have had one of these, truck version, in my semi the last 6 months. It is great! I can easily see it while driving. Try that with a cell phone! Bluetooth. Voice. Traffic.

X2 (or 3) on the Garmin RV 760 for these same reasons. Just make sure you get the RV model and not the straight truck version. If it's the truck version, you'll only be routed on roads that are established as truck routes. We had an earlier Garmin truck version, and with this limitation, we were frequently sent down on some very round-about paths. The RV version doesn't confine you to established truck routes, but still keeps you away from low clearance bridges.
