Nationwide is a top notch insurer. I have had them on homes, cars, trucks, trailers, and motorcycles for over 30 years. Every claim has always been handled smoothly and easily.
One benefit to Nationwide is that they are a mutual insurer. What that means is that as a policy holder you are an owner of the company, not a customer. It is similar to how credit unions operate. The Ohio Farm Bureau started Nationwide for the member farmers, of course now it has expanded greatly but you can join your local Farm Bureau to get substantial discounts on Nationwide premiums.
