my advice:
talk to your insurance company to see what is covered under your TV policy then see what else you need. that way you will only need to add and pay for coverage your exisiting policy doesn't cover.
In our case we have state farm. TV policy covers liability and property damage while the trailer is connected to the tow vehicle. for $90/year we get comprehensive plus coverage for liability when the trailer is disconnected.
Had one claim for a roof tear, SF paid to have the roof membrane replaced, didn't raise the rate.
