Actually closer to 80%, our 30,000 btu Surban is 30,000 I put, 27,600 btu output. We do have a Cheap Heat add on unit and on a 50 amp 240 volt it is 5,000 watts about 17,060 btu,’and heats our 32’ three season Copper Canyon very well.
that's 92%. not possible without it being a condensing furnace that has a water drain. so unless the suburban has a secondary heat exchanger and the water vapor is condensed to a liquid and the heat of vaporization extracted it's efficiency upper limit is around 80%
otherwise the upper limit on effiency is 80% or so, which would be 24,000 BTU output.
