Higher price does not always guarantee higher quality, but higher quality pretty much always guarantees you're going to have to pay a higher price. You'll never regret buying quality, you just have to figure out how to pay for it.
Hoping that RV manufacturers will improve their quality through their representatives reading complaints on forums like these will not get them to improve quality. A particular company's sales going down during boom times because dealers are reporting back to a particular company that potential customers are walking away from that particular company's junk on the dealers' lots is what will improve quality.
We have to stop buying RVs based only on price 1st, size 2nd, floorplan 3rd, and colors 4th.
