Something I think I've finally figured out. Motor homes and truck campers are probably built better than trailers because they have a motor and are subject to government oversight. On the other hand , trailers seem to depend on trade organisations' certifications.
I really never bothered looking much into those types of RVs since they would never fit into our area but it's something to ponder.
Has anyone else come to the same conclusion or am I looking at this the wrong way out?
As for roof manufacturing and leaks that's just a manufacturing cheat. Flat roofs are the norm in my city and depending on materials used a "rubber" roof can be guaranteed for 10-20 years. Should the problem be that the material is on a moving entity and it rattles to death, put in more roof trusses or just revert to a seamless metal roof .
