Just like RVs, lawyers ...are of different quality.
Some of them are of the sad sack ambulance chasing variety.
Others use their brains to the utmost and make you satisfied at the outcome.
Like most everything in life you get what you paid for.
When I need an attorney, I research their education, standing in their field and litigation vs settlement record. How much blood is dripping off their fangs is a plus at times as well:). Nothing wrong with discussing how their past clients feel about them.
It's your money (2x over when dealing with the law); spend it the way you feel best.
