I had an EPDM roof put on a business eons ago - it's still up there doing its job nicely :-)
What manufacturers need to remember is that going down the road, our RVs are basically fighting a small hurricane AND an earthquake that lasts for hours/days/weeks..... and we need them to do that without falling apart. Some days, the fact that most DON'T, just amazes me.
I bet the EPDM they put on your commercial roof was a whole bunch thicker than the paper thin stuff they put on RVs!!
