I know I'm late to this thread but I've touted our TT for a long time.
I also know that we cannot buy one ever again....
We bought ours new, wasn't cheap for a TT, around $45,000.
We have had zero problems with it, we've replaced a couple of things like the bathroom faucet...we ripped up the rug and put down Allure flooring and last summer we took out the rug under on the slide out, kept it on one piece and took it to our local carpet dealer, he used that as a template and made us a new rug banded and all, used a glue and put the new one in it's place.
We replaced the couch with a new leather trifold.
We replaced one recliner with a Euro chair for me..
Replaced a street side slideout awning.
This TT has never leaked once, we made it our own and when I listen to other owners and all the problems they have had I count my blessings and I don't even look to replace it, it's 11 years old now, still looks great!!
