That might just be the answer. Aren't the Mercedes Sprinter chassises built here from kits? Not that difficult to do the same with the rest of an RV's structure. Then pop it all together with the normal motley crew and a well trained (and paid)quality control crew.
The factories in Indiana can remain open, consumers will get a better product- win win.
Something for a well heeled person with vision to consider.
