JimK-NY, if I hadn't seen that stuff with my own eyes, your claims might be hard to believe. Crazy, isn't it?
My claims are just some common examples. You can go into any RV, get the salesman out of the way and look past the cosmetics and glitz. Start poking around and you will quickly find plenty of examples of poor design, sheer idiocy, and/or shoddy workmanship. Most of the issues would take very little extra labor or cost to do properly. In addition the price of the unit doesn't seem to have much to do with the quality. Plenty of high priced units might have expensive cabinets but are still not designed or built well. Now the industry is booming. They RV companies cannot find enough workers and cannot crank out units fast enough.
