From the large number of RV's on the road this summer it appears to be a sellers market. What is the proper procedure to go through to sell an RV and avoid a scam?

even bank checks, bounce. My local bank would not give acces to funds till 5 days after deposit on another banks cashier check. Claimed too much fraud.
