Any larger Hybrid TT will have multiple, separate queen size beds. Jayco makes many TTs and at least one 5th wheel with multiple beds (not including their Bungalow line). I've seen other 5th wheels with multiple bed as well, but can't remember the manufacturer.
The RVs are out there, just need to look in the right place. Take a look at Jayco's JayFlight and JayFlight SLX line for many different TTs with queen size beds and full size bunk beds. The top bunks can easily be removed for a normal sleeping arrangement.
