Or get a motorhome and pull a travel trailer behind it...or use a class C and assign one traveller to the overcab bunk and one to the bedroom...or get any of the readily available twin bed floorplans and put up with being in the same "room" as the other person....
There are bunkhouse trailers available that have several individual dorm rooms, too, often used by traveling fairs and similar groups. Usually they rate rather low on the luxury scale.
