I own a piece of property. It is mine! I chose to rent out small portions of it to people that want to rent that small portion from me.
I base my charge on one vehicle one temporary portable housing unit
and an average of 4 occupants. I set my rate at a level that I can make a profit on.
This is my property, if my paying client chooses to bring or invite more than the agreed upon complement onto my property,the he should pay the overage.
Very simple, It is my property, if you don't feel you are getting fair value for your money, move on.
Where do you stop, Campgrounds allow 4 people, couple invites 2 guests no charge. Family of 4 invites 2 guests that have 2 kids as well should all 4 guests not be charged?
