Most people have no knowledge about any quality control issues. I would be happy if the manufactures would just have someone on the assembly line to oversee the manufacturing process. The problems I had with my ducted air conditioning, for example, all came down to either a lazy employee, a poorly trained employee, or a production system that does not allow quality to happen. The issues I had could have been easily taken care of when the trailer was being built, had anybody been paying attention.
