Hope I don't cause a disaster ( knocking on wood ) but we purchased a new 2014 Apex TT by Coachmen in Nov 2015. We did a thorough walk through and inspection although we did not find much wrong. It had been on the lot a while so we got a deal. We have never been back to the dealer or other dealer for warranty work. Only problem we had was one of the cutoffs for bypass to winterize dripped a bit. I put a tin plate under it till I could get to it or take it to the dealer. It actually stopped leaking on its own.
My point is not all RVs are junk, or maybe we just got lucky, or both. Wheels may fall off tomorrow but we have towed it to the Keys twice and put about 7000 miles on it with no problems.
My biggest complaint is the quality of the shower floor system. Very flimsy feel to it and I feel it will be a problem eventually but so far so good. Kind of reminds me of the plastic tubs put in mobile homes, just not made to last long term.
