After the second third house we bought we saw a pattern that the appliances all start going out at around 10 years. Even the well guy said the well pumps are only good for around 10 years. B
Our home: fridge and stove are both 25-years old and still going strong. Got over 20 years use from our water heater, but will be surprised if we get 10 out of the new one. A/C lasted about 18-years. Now, don't get me started about the pitiful "lifetime" roof!!
