Rv rental won't let us tow our vehicle...how do we rent a car at every stop?

We ran into the same problem on our first RV trip couldn’t tow our SUV and had to get creative. What worked best for us was planning routes near towns where we could easily rent a small car for a couple of days. It takes a bit of coordination, but most campgrounds aren’t too far from rental spots, and a lot of them will even drop the car off if you call ahead.
