It's not just in the RV industry that it is happening. It is everywhere. I don't even like to ask for help anymore, I just look for the parts myself if I am able to. You are right many employees in parts stores are just a cashier. They normally don't even have a book to look parts up in when they can't find it on the computer. Makes me want to start buying online more. JMO
