The only time I worry about our toyhauler is when we are parked somewhere other than a campground. And since that happens rarely, except for being in storage, I don't really do anything other than lock the doors and try not to be gone out of sight for very long.
People steal things out of cars when parked, so I don't see why a motorhome would be any different, except maybe a better, read more expensive, target.
