RV show today in

The Charlotte motor Speedway. Think we'll ride down. Camping world with their new partner Tom Johnson. It's free y'all. And it's pretty outside.
  • Planning on going tomorrow. How many RV's were on display ?

We're going in the morning. I just hope its worth it with plenty of toy haulers for us to browse.

Greensboro show is next weekend, Chralotte show is two weeks after that, and the Raleigh show is February 19-21.

    :E

Yep, 2 or three long lines of toy Haulers. From big to huge. Some with back porches, some with back, and side porches. Some with let down beds, and lofts.

Excellent. Thanks for that update. We're headed out in about 30 minutes.

As for "how much we spend at the show", I'm assuming gbopp meant somewhere well into the thousands. Hey. You never know. :B

    Couple hundred
  • Well for us, it was sort of a disappointment. Maybe 8-9 toy haulers. I think three Cyclones, three Fuzions, two XLRs and a Vengeance. Both XLRs were 2015s that's they've had listed for almost a year. I was glad to see those but the way the salesmen were talking last week, I expected far more there. If you were looking a TT, 5er, or motorhome, I think the choices were better.

Unfortunately, they finally posted the list of dealers for the Greensboro show next weekend. Not much to look for again with toy haulers. Just a couple of brands that we're really not interested in.

Oh well. I think we're headed back to Danville Wednesday. At least camper shopping is fun.
  • Got back a a little while ago. Sales help almost outnumbered the lookey loo's. Don't think there were more than 75 cars in the parking lot.

Which was good as it gave us a chance to spend time in each RV without having a crowd.

Some of the Class A's were out of this world (price wise). Saw one "on sale" for $850,000. Had to check that one out. Didn't really see what made that one so special compared to others that were 70% less.
