RV storage near Houston TX-needed

We will be ending our 2014 RV summer trip next to Houston TX in November.
Will be using the international A/P to fly out and in June 2015.
Looking to store F-350 long bed truck+30' 5W for the winter.
Need some help.
Do I need to winterize?
