- 2oldmanExplorer IILas Vegas is probably the last place I'd be storing anything for a month. I'd probably park it at the Oasis park (presuming they have security) for that time.

Thanks 2oldman. I will check out Oasis.
H - ependydadExplorerYou can park it at the airport for up to 30 days per this page:
https://www.mccarran.com/Park/Terminal1Parking/Terminal1-RemoteorOversizeVehicle.aspx
We parked our truck + camper there for 2 weeks. There are cheaper (and likely more secure) options, though. I was definitely nervous the whole time that we were gone that the truck or camper would have been messed with. But, everything was intact and un-touched when we returned.
Most of the campgrounds offer storage. And there are a ton of storage lots in the area.
This is where I was planning on putting the truck and camper:

The only reason that I didn't was that their gate hours closed at 8pm or 9pm. Our flight back into Vegas got in at 7:30pm and I was concerned that between getting luggage and a cab, that I wouldn't make it in time to get the truck + camper out. - hkury00Explorer

Thanks epenydad,
I contacted rvstorage-lasvegas.com. They only had one 40 ft slot at $85/month available right now. They do not take reservations. So I took it, even though I only need it mid December through mid January. I had a good impression on the phone with these guys. I will report back if there is anything negative about the outfit.
Thanks
H - hkury00ExplorerI just wanted to tell everybody that my experience with rvstorage-lasvegas.com was positive. We rented a 40 ft space. The woman who runs the office is very friendly and helpful. To get to the airport by bus took us about 90 minutes.
Thanks
Hannes - ependydadExplorerFor a 90-minute bus ride, I would have called a cab! :) But glad to hear that they worked out for you. You're right that the lady the runs the office is very friendly- I liked talking to her on the phone!
- 2oldmanExplorer IIThanks for reporting back.
90 minutes? Gotta love the transit bus.
