Rv surge protector

Nope not a problem and we are on extended trips about 9 months of the year and the other 3 months camping locally in the Sierra's.
If one is in doubt or worried sick about doing this here are 2 things you can do;
1. hard wire inside you rig.
2. take your chances and don't use one at all. Of course that may end up causing more loss of $'s.
