Sounds like you are going to need a lawyer to go after the other guy's insurance and yours as well.
I don't follow. Do they need to be writing me checks at this time?
If I have it insured and paying for that and the other company pays/offers too little will mine cover the difference somehow?
Thanks for input. Some of you have not built an RV from the ground up. This is not a glued together factory fits all rig. It is carefully built with quality materials, steel, not 2x4's for framing etc. Everything is carefully thought out and crafted with care and built to last the miles. It's not just good enough, its overbuilt. To have someone else work on the RV parts of this vehicle would mean having to stand there and scrutinize their work as closely as I did my own. It's not something you can just drop off at the corner body shop and pick it up Monday.
I know that value is not going to be recovered from an insurance check though.
