RV workcamping/Hosting regarding vehicle age or size?

Hi, my husband and i are considering work camping or hosting at rv parks. Any opinions on what is the best size of rv ( looking at class A). Is there an age limit on what RV's are allowed to participa...

We only volunteer state and federal facilities and have encountered everything from tents to class A's with some rigs being over 20 years old. Private parks are something else they generally want a recent picture of the rig and you.
