I think the age rule is to allow the park operators to keep the trash out. You must have seen some of the older rigs that have never been washed, one leveler doesn't work so they can't sit level, the curtains don't hang right because they rigged something up rather than do a tasteful replacement, the mini blinds in the windows are all bent up and the windows have never seen any glass cleaner. The steps are hanging, fastened only on 1 side --- that type of thing, a window ac with something stuffed in around it. Just an example of some of the things we have seen in 2 years.
