Some of you are self proclaimed experts at picking out the exceptions to the rule and dwelling on them as if they were the norm. You're showing your fickleness and age. Fwiw.
Let's face it, most campsites that are reserved and paid for ahead of time and not used are for those who are trying to guarantee a spot......for whatever reason, good, bad, selfish or otherwise.
Who cares?
Same with someone using "your" reserved spot. Why feel bad about kicking someone out of your spot? Just tell em to leave or pick another spot.
Do you really want more policing and hand holding? You just deal with it like any other minor annoyance or daily decision and go on about your life.
