I've not had any problems with Pressure Pro sensors on my 2013 Wrangler with stock valve stems. I was told, but I never verified, that the valve stems are intregal to the Wrangler's built-in tire pressure sensors and couldn't be changed. (BTW we pickup our new 2016 Nexus 32SC at the end of June.)
