No different here in Canada. Here's an oddity only a bureaucrat could come up with and a politician think is a good idea - according to a city bylaw I can legally park my travel trailer on my driveway May 1 to Oct 31 but suddenly on Nov 1 it becomes an ugly duckling so from then to Apr 30 it's illegal to park my same trailer in the same spot on my same driveway. Once May 1 rolls around it's perfectly fine again ... now who could dream that one up? :S
