Yours may NOT be overpriced.
I sold one similar to yours in April also on Craigslist, even had new tires also. My ad was similar to your with lots of good pictures.
It was a 2011, lots of options and updates, low miles, excellent condition.
Priced lower side of NADA, although I did not use that to come up with my selling price. I priced it based on other rigs advertised or sold in my area.
Mine was a 32 footer though so I cannot comment on your price.
I watched quite a few motorhomes sell on craigslist while I only got a few calls.
What I found is that there are not many (if any) others for sale that are comparable as far as year, mileage, condition. The cheaper ones that were selling on CL were older, very high mileage, poor shape.
There were some for sale at dealers for the same price as mine with very high miles, few options and not great shape.
I think it takes a certain kind of buyer for rigs like ours. A younger successful couple with a couple of children that wanted a very nice dependable motorhome contacted us. They also had the financial means to pay for the rig. They wanted one ready to go, not something that might need work. We worked out a deal that we were both happy with. John, if you are reading this, hope you guys are enjoying the rig.
Not sure how long yours has been listed or how large your local market is, but hopefully that right buyer will come along for you.
