My one complaint against CW is a lot of their employees act like they are doing you a favor by working on your RV. The service dept. should have Undercover boss visit a bunch of them to see how they interact with their customer base.....
We work with one service advisor and she has been great. I can email here and tell her what I need done and she will reply as to when to bring it in and etc. She will email me back or call me when it's done, somethign needs my approval, or to give me an update if it will be longer than normal. My boss has had the same experience with her. I recommended to him to use her.
Unfortunately, there's not clones of her everywhere. We had an unfavorable experience at the CW in Myrtle Beach on 544 several years ago. First impressions do mean a lot. Just as I've had unfavorable ones at TJ, others have had them at certain CW's.
