Do you really think CW would take the time to talk you thru a problem long distance? Shoot they ignored me in their dealership, much less on the phone. Do you really think CW would take the time to help with a new TV?
Yes they do...my boss' daughter bought a TT from CW in statesville. They were at the beach and had an issue. It was water pump or water heater. They called the store and they put a technician on the phone and talked them through how to get by until they could bring the unit back in after their vacation. They could of actually taken it to the local CW and got it fixed, but decided to just wait. CW does that sorta thing. At least this one did.
