Safety chains, Demco KarCaddy 460SS and 2013 Elantra

Greetings, I'm pursuing a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Current car, Honda Accord, has 2 hooks to attach safety chains from tow dolly to car. Elantra has a tow hook on the passenger-side, front bumper. Que...

Normally the chains go to the car's lower suspension arms, not the tow hooks. I wouldn't wrap the chains around the axles.
