Safety
Hi All.. Maybe it is just me but I am getting concerned about our personal safety at camp grounds. Should a camper carry a weapon(gun)in the camper? Currently I do not. Jim2007

I carry for three reasons.
1- I believe it's my right as an American citizen and more people need to flex their rights given to them by our constitution.
2- the Supreme Court has made it clear in case law that law enforcement does not have to place themselves in harms way to protect me or my family.
3 - when seconds count help is minutes away.
I carry an extinguisher even though there are firefighters. I believe in protecting my family. It's funny because people keep on talking about dangers at the campsite. That's the least of my worries. It's more the random vehicle trouble or flat tire that delays you. Or the random gas stop. Bad people don't have the best timing. Why not flex your constitutional rights? They are there for a reason.
