I have seen some of this guys videos before too. I agree that he can be long winded.
That being said I did send my friends teenage son this mans video video on how to act during a traffic stop. They don't teach that in drivers ed around here. (They don't seem to teach much in drivers ed around here) And, I believe that all young drivers should learn how to act during a stop to put the police officer at ease. The cop doesn't know who you are and acting correctly makes him feel better and makes the whole event go more smoothly.
I really wish that they would teach that stuff to kids.
