If a user is concerned about salt and frame rust and can't/won't wash the underside, you can get it done at a truck wash or DIY at a carwash with a wand.

Any "damage" done to an RV by passing on a salted highway is overstated in this post, IMO.

We definitely don't travel in winter. We are (hopefully) retiring soon and would like to go south for some of the winter, but will have to be very careful about the road conditions - never will we drive our rig through salt. We know what that stuff does and spraying with water can't get it out of the nooks and crannies. :E
