Salute to the unsung workamper heroes - thanks!

We're having such a nice stay at Creekwood Farm RV near Maggie Valley, NC. We have a site by a pretty creek, and the people in the park are all friendly. Nice landscaping, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants, as well as Great Smokey Mtn NP where we are headed soon.

One reason ths has been a good place for us is the immaculately clean restrooms (the extra- good kind with a shower, sink and toilet in one private room all to yourself.) we happened to meet the host who does the cleaning, and were glad to say thank you for a job well done.

It can't always be easy working in an RV park, so just wanted to say how much we appreciate the job all you workampers do.

    Thanks for the nice Posting.
We don't WorkKamp, nice to see hard work appreciated. Good Job Creekwood Farm.
  • We have found that the campgrounds where the bathrooms are cleaned by workampers, often volunteers, are the cleanest. Cleaner than where they hire locals specifically to clean the bathrooms.
  • As a workampers who has cleaned bathhouses I thank you. Treats are nice too. :B When workamping at a campground near Empire, MI. had a couple give us a box of garden grown tomatoes.
  • Thanks for two things: 1. Noticing how clean things were. 2. Posting here.

Work campers around the country appreciate it.
  • Yes, We like knowing that someone actually notices what we do. Thank you.
