Sand Mat For Bottom Of Stairs?

We do the obvious, remove shoes if they are full of sand. We have also used a small tub of water by the door. One thing that really helps is to put a mat, as lge as you can, ours is 9x18, under the awning. We usually toss our shoes as soon as we are on the mat. Dirt in the TT was reduced 90%

Tip!!!....Baby Powder removes sand , wet or dry, very easily. We have it in the beach bag and at the TT door.
