My neighbor suggested I call our water company when I told him about filling/draining my RV tanks multiple times. I was going to drain it out into my yard. I told them I was filling a swimming poo...

Our water company in Cantonment Fl, if you called prior to filling, they would read meter before and after and deduct that from water usage. Allowed on initial fill or repair. A 20x40 pool takes 30,000 gallons plus to fill..
