Yes they are on the same bill. Your RV service must "mirror" your home service. You do not get local channels when you are more than 150 miles from home base. We get local channels on over air antenna. We chose to rent an additional receiver and leave it in the RV. One less thing to worry about. Note: if you don't use the receiver and the power is off, you will have to do a reset when you turn it on in the RV. We did that over the internet. Now that we full time, that's not a problem.
