I tried to convince Harvard Pilgrim that they could e-mail me the confirmation that my monthly premium has been automatically deducted from my checking account, but they insist on sending me a piece of paper saying that. I'll file them all in the spring.
Douche Bag Alex Brown sent me a statement for $1.05 I had leftover in my brokerage account for 10 years. I finally got a hold of a person in their office and told her to take the $1.05 and buy herself a cup of coffee. She said they didn't want to send a check for $1.05 because if I didn't cash it the accounting would cost more than the postage to send my statements. I promised to cash it and they sent a check.
