i get one every month, i'm grandfathered in just like my unlimited data
i turn down every request to switch to go paperless
they don't give you the option of receiving an Emailed bill
only viewing online
if your disputing a computer screw up, hard copy paper records are proof positive
last time was 10yrs ago, but my paper copy gave me all the info, , and enabled me to get the CS person to dig in and take a look and find the mistake, to correct the computer billing
