if your disputing a computer screw up, hard copy paper records are proof positive
last time was 10yrs ago, but my paper copy gave me all the info, , and enabled me to get the CS person to dig in and take a look and find the mistake, to correct the computer billing
Me too.. I'm the only one out of 4 on unlimited, so it's nice to run madly down the hall waving a piece of paper when there are overages... :)
